  • Management of applications to select candidates for enrollment in Erasmus Mundus Masters programs led by the University of Lorraine.
  • Monitoring of files and follow-up with candidates.

The data will be processed by:

Faculty members responsible for Erasmus Mundus Masters programs, evaluators of applications, support staff involved in the management of the programs, based at the University of Lorraine or at potential partner universities outside the European Union (KTH, Sweden, POLITO, Italy, UPC, Spain).

They will be retained according to the following modalities:

The data will be kept for 1 year from the creation of the file.

The candidate can delete their information before submitting the application and after the end of the application evaluation process.

The data subject has consented to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes (Art. 6.1a GDPR). However, this consent must comply with the conditions defined in Art. 7 of the GDPR.

The following data is provided by the candidate during their registration:
  • Identification data: title, last name, first name, date of birth, country of birth, city of birth, nationality, gender, marital status, number of children.
  • Personal characteristics: language (spoken, written, native), test history.
  • Education: Erasmus history, educational history, master application history.
  • Profession and occupation: work experience history.
  • Location data: permanent address, correspondence address, residence.
Decisions are entered by the administrators.

Students applying for Erasmus Mundus Masters programs led by the University (Genial and Densys Masters).

Recipients of the data (including external partners of the university)

Faculty members responsible for Erasmus Mundus Masters programs, evaluators of applications, support staff involved in the management of the programs, based at the University of Lorraine or at potential partner universities outside the European Union (KTH, Sweden, POLITO, Italy, UPC, Spain).
